Jeff Boettcher of Coon Rapids got to see his favorite professional football team -- the Kansas City Chiefs -- lose to the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Sunday, September 24. Joining him for the trip included Brody Hardman of Coon Rapids. The pair drove to Centerville where they picked up Jamie and Kristin Jackson and the four continued their drive to KC for the Sunday game. The Jacksons moved from Coon Rapids to Centerville in August after Kristin accepted a teaching position in the Centerville school district. Despite the Chiefs losing to the Raiders, Boettcher said the game was a great time. “They were high seats but good enough for a camera and binoculars,” he stated.
